"Endings" and "No Endings" by Ringo Bunoan
This work is a hidden gem in the exhibition, located in a corner at the back of the gallery. Bunoan has taken the last page of over 100 books and placed them in wooden frames. Next to them he has placed the remainder of the books in a stack.
In this work Bunoan is showing how time is conveyed trough storytelling. We all know that books must come to an end, but here Bunoan has taken away those endings from the books and allowed the story to continue. By placing the endings together he is showing the range of life's possibilities.
